Quality Assurance 

We use multiple controls to manage quality in software development projects. These include quality planning, reviews and inspections, and formal testing.

Quality planning provides the foundation for ensuring system quality. It includes identifying key risks and determining what specific quality controls will be included in the project and how they will be applied. Reviews and inspections allow us to detect and remove errors early in the development process. Finally, formal testing including unit testing, system testing, performance testing, and acceptance testing is used to systematically ensure that the software is of utmost quality and meets the customer requirements.

The Project Management Methodology we employ begins with the development of a detailed project plan comprised of manageable sub-projects and tasks which are used to identify the type and amount of resources required, and to set interim milestones.
